As a small business, we recognize our responsibility to change and adapt as our community faces challenges. As such, we want to share with you all a few of the practices that we maintain as part of our normal course of business and a couple that have been added as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

While we pride ourselves on keeping a clean facility, the frequency of sanitation has increased over the last several months. We always employ full-time cleaning personnel that remain on property. We have reduced the number of seating opportunities throughout our chapels during visitation and have spaced out the chairs that are available. Chairs and other personal touchpoints throughout our chapels are wiped down in between each family’s services and hand sanitizer is available in multiple locations throughout our facilities.

An order for touchless hand sanitizers, soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers has been placed and we are awaiting the arrival and installation of the new fixtures. We encourage visitation guests to wash their hands with soap and water upon arrival or at least use the hand sanitizers that are provided.

Our focus on safety is paramount; however each individual must make decisions based on their personal circumstances. If you are immunocompromised and/or are worried about your potential exposure to others, please feel safe to stay home. You can pay your respects from the safety of your own home by following the suggestions offered here. Also, if you are not feeling well and showing any symptoms at all, please do not attend visitation or other funeral services.

Finally, we want to thank the families that we have served over the last several months with entrusting us with their loved ones’ services. We know that this hasn’t been easy and we appreciate your choosing Brunners. We pride ourselves on excellence and are honored to serve this wonderful community in which we live.
